Request for Proposals Legal Services - Bond Counsel\Tax Counsel

THE SOUTH AMBOY HOUSING AUTHORITY, STATE OF NEW JERSEY hereby requests proposals for Legal Services as Bond\Tax Counsel HUD RAD transaction.

Copies of documents setting forth the scope of services, contract terms and conditions, proposal requirements, criteria for evaluation of proposals, and proposal submission requirements may be obtained from the Housing Authority by telephoning South Amboy Housing Authority's ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES - dial (732) 721-1831, or visiting such offices at 250 South Broadway, South Amboy, New Jersey - Monday through Friday between the hours of9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Proposals will be accepted up to 11 :00 A.M. on August 27, 2026.
